    We guarantee the quality of the Zero Compression Back Brace and if for some reason you receive a defective product we will return your full purchase price including your shipping cost or we will exchange the brace.

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the time of delivery  to try the brace on. You should feel the result instantly. It takes on average 2-3 days to see if it works while you  drive, sit, sleep or walk. In 94% of cases, this brace lives up to its promise and provides noticeable results. If it does not work during the first 15 days we offer a refund less any shipping charges

 Nor Restocking Fee

After the 15 days braces will not qualify for a refund.



We NEVER sell returned braces and our returns are minimal . Any returned brace is donated to a charity to help those who cannot afford it..


* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on excessive wear.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment less shipping and handling.
